Allergy plans and medical plans
Allergy plans use a structured allergen and sub-allergen model, so a child allergic to tree nuts, or specifically to cashews, is recorded consistently rather than as free text. Multiple allergies are captured cleanly.
Medical plans cover everything else: asthma, epilepsy, diabetes or any other condition, with symptoms, triggers, medication and the steps staff should take. The Care Plan Creator shows a live preview beside the editor, so what staff type is exactly what parents and colleagues see.
Parents review, comment and sign
Parents read the plan in full in the app, then approve and sign it or send feedback. Once the setting countersigns, there is a shared, timestamped record that the plan was seen and agreed.
Every approved plan exports as a branded PDF with the child's details, the plan, and a dated parent and staff sign-off, ready for a noticeboard or an inspector.
Refreshed on a schedule
