Fair-Use Billing

If you're on the annual or 3-year plan, our fair-use policy means you only ever pay for the children you actually have. Here's how it works:

Up front, you tell us how many children you expect to have in your facility each month, and you pay accordingly. We know that numbers fluctuate - children join mid-year, others move on, and your September intake rarely looks the same as your June one.

At the end of the year, we compare what you predicted with what actually happened. If you've had more children than expected, we invoice you for the balance at the correct rate. If you've had fewer, we refund you the difference. No quibbles, no small print.
