HR progress, longer stays and a quicker attendance view
NewHR section progress. Not released yet Recruitment, applicant tracking, staff profiles and holidays are finished. Rotas and onboarding are in progress.
NewExtend a child's leave date. If a child is staying on longer than planned, you can now move their leave date back.
ImprovedFilters on the attendance tracker. New filter buttons make it quicker to find the children you are looking for.
ImprovedShorter surnames and emergency contacts. Short surnames are now accepted, and staff can update whether an adult is an emergency contact.
FixedLeavers included. Children who are leaving this week are no longer left out.

ImprovedSleep checks and room moves. A round of small tweaks makes sleep checks and room moves smoother to use day to day.

Message parents directly inside Tot Tracker, so conversations stay in one place instead of scattered across texts and emails.

NewSend memories to room groups. Share a memory with a whole room group in one go.
NewGroups set up for you each year. Groups for every room and year are now created automatically on the first day of the year.
ImprovedRicher memories. A memory can now hold more than 1 item, and the images in a memory are grouped more neatly.
ImprovedCamps for the right enrolments. Camps can now be made available only to certain enrolments.
ImprovedParent app on larger screens. The parent app now looks and works better on tablets and desktop screens.
ImprovedA fresher venue page. The venue page has had a tidy up and a cleaner look.
FixedPassword resets for parents. Parents can now reset their password from any page of the parent app.
FixedParent app invite email. The invite email for the parent app is back.

Room moves, Hive imports and flexible lesson plans
ReleaseRoom moves. Move a child to a different room for a day or for good, and the move is respected in attendance, ratios and everywhere else rooms show up.
NewDrop off a whole room at once. Sign in every child in a room in one step instead of one by one.
NewSleep checks. Record your sleep checks while children nap, so there is a clear record of who was checked and when.
NewStart a family import from Hive. Use an export from Hive to begin importing your families, so switching over means a lot less retyping.
ImprovedLesson plans in blocks, with images. Lesson plans are no longer fixed at 5 days, so you can build them from any number of blocks, add images, and work in a tidier layout.
ImprovedStaff in more than one room. A staff member can be clocked in to more than 1 room and move between rooms as the day changes.
ImprovedRatio checks follow ECCE and school age rules. Staff to child ratio checks now follow the ECCE rules and the rules for school age children more closely.
ImprovedA tidy final invoice for leavers. When a child leaves, their schedule now ends with a final invoice for parents.
FixedEircode checks and waiting list bugs. Eircode validation in the venue manager works correctly, and some waiting list bugs have been resolved.
