Medication records, compliance checklists and a parent app rebuild
ReleaseMedication records. Record the medication a child is given, who gave it and when, with a printable record ready for parents and inspections.
NewCompliance checklists. Set up the routine checks your setting runs and tick them off as they are done, so the record builds itself.
NewStaff assigned to rooms. Assign staff to the rooms they work in, and their view of child activity narrows to those rooms.
NewPhotos of approved adults. Add a photo to each adult on a family record and it appears on the collection screen, so staff can see at a glance who is collecting.
ImprovedThe parent app is being rebuilt. The first stage of a full parent app overhaul is in, with more arriving over the coming weeks.
ImprovedFilters on every activity section. Narrow any activity list by venue, room or child, and the observations page has a smarter filter of its own.
ImprovedAttach any document to a message. Documents can be attached to a message whatever category they are filed under.
FixedParent facing forms. Problems on the enrolment form and other parent facing forms have been resolved.
FixedAdding an adult to a family. Adding another adult to a family record now works correctly.
FixedDate fields on iPhones and iPads. An empty date field no longer sits at the wrong height on an Apple device.

Compliance: the records an inspector asks for
Fire drills, visitors, and incidents and accidents now have a section of their own. Each is written up as it happens, and a parent signs an incident report on the screen at collection before they leave.

NewFire drill records. Log every drill as you run it, so the evidence is ready rather than reconstructed the week before an inspection.
NewVisitor sign in. Record who came into the setting and when they left, with a clean printable trail.
NewIncident and accident reports. Write up an incident, have the parent sign it on the screen at collection, and your manager sign it off. The finished report is a PDF on your own letterhead carrying all three signatures.
NewLive roll call. The occupancy page now shows exactly who is in the building at this moment, which is what you want in your hand during an evacuation.
NewCustom staff permission levels. Build your own staff roles and set exactly what each one can see and do. Now live and enforced across the system.
ImprovedA roomier main menu. The menu has been reformatted with new icons so the growing list of sections fits comfortably.
ImprovedSee what was actually sent. The full wording of every email the system sends is now kept on file, so you can check what a parent received.
ImprovedSmoother two-step login. Small refinements to signing in with a code.
FixedTick boxes on enrolment forms. Tick box questions on enrolment forms now save the parent's answer correctly.

Meal recording, menu import and steadier bank uploads
ReleaseMeal recording. Log what each child ate at breakfast, lunch and snack time, so parents can see how their child got on with food at the end of the day.
NewImport your menu from a PDF. Upload a Little Dinners menu and the weeks, days and dishes are read straight into Tot Tracker, no retyping.
ImprovedNo more double presses. Buttons now show a spinner while they work, so a second tap cannot submit the same thing twice.
ImprovedConsistent popups. Every popup in the system now looks and behaves the same way, and the observation popup has been resized to fit its content.
ImprovedA second AIB export format accepted. Bank uploads now read both of the transaction export formats AIB produces.
ImprovedFriendlier email warnings. Sending from an email domain that is not yet verified now shows a notice rather than an error.
ImprovedTighter family records. The family section has been tightened up after a full round of testing, with a clearer email log alongside it.
FixedDirect debit files and bank uploads. Direct debit files generate correctly again, account numbers are cleaned of stray spaces, and bank statement uploads that had stopped working are back.
