Allergy and medical plans that never go stale

Medical and allergy care plans can now be created, signed and countersigned by parents, exported as a polished PDF, and revised over time without losing the history.

Written in plain text, styled automatically

The Care Plan Creator gives staff a simple markdown editor on one side and a live preview on the other, so what you type is exactly what parents and colleagues will see - headings, bold text, bullet lists and callout boxes, with no formatting fuss.

A built-in cheat sheet keeps the syntax within reach, so plans stay consistent from one child to the next without anyone needing to learn markdown first.

Reviewed, signed and countersigned on mobile

Parents receive the plan to review in the app rather than a form sent home. They can read it in full, then approve it or give feedback if something needs correcting - no printing, scanning or chasing paper.

Signing is flexible too: type a name, upload a signature, or draw one directly on screen. Because reviewing takes seconds, plans can be refreshed on a regular schedule instead of relying on a single form signed once at enrolment.

A polished, signed record every time

Once approved, every plan exports as a clean, branded PDF - the child's details, condition and full markdown-formatted care plan on one page, and a dated parent and staff sign-off block on the next. It's ready to print for a noticeboard, hand to an inspector, or file as evidence that the plan was seen and agreed.
